Cilantro Ginger Baked Salmon

This cilantro sauce is a power house of health. Ginger, Garlic, olive oil, all are strong anti bacterial and anti inflammatory agents. Together with the green power of cilantro which bind to heavy metal in our blood which helps remove it out of our system, this is a delicious addition to your recipe book.  A versatile sauce that can be added to poultry, fish, shell fish, Portobello mushroom or any baked veggie.


Ingredients

  •  A large bunch of Cilantro ( can be replaced with parsley or mint )
  • Ginger Root
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • Lime juice and zest.
  • 1 Jalapeno if you like it spicy
  • Celtic salt  and pepper.
  • 1 cup of Olive oil

Steps

  1. Mix it all in a food processor and pour over your desired protein or veggie.
  2. Baked for 15-20 for fish and 40 min for chicken. You can also let it marinade for couple of hours if you have time.
